Age requirement. You must be 21+ to purchase. By ordering, you certify you are 21+ and legally allowed to buy hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction.

Hemp compliance. All hemp-derived products we sell are intended to contain ≤0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight and are derived from industrial hemp. We do not sell where prohibited. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

No medical claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Orders & acceptance. All orders are offers to purchase. We may refuse/cancel any order (e.g., age/ID mismatch, restricted address, payment issues).

Pricing & availability. Prices and availability can change without notice. Obvious errors may be corrected.

Shipping & risk of loss. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier or to your courier for local delivery.

Returns. See our Refund Policy for eligible returns/exchanges.

Prohibited uses. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe IP rights.

Intellectual property. All content, logos, graphics, and trademarks are owned by ATG Farms NJ or licensors and protected by law.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse or unlawful purchase/possession.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
