Shipping policy
Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). High order volume or verification issues may add 1–2 days.
Age verification. We require age verification. We may request ID. Adult (21+) signature may be required on delivery for certain products.
Where we ship. We ship within the United States except to locations where hemp-derived products are restricted. If your address is in a restricted area, we will cancel and refund your order.
Carriers & delivery windows. We use USPS/UPS. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
Local delivery (NJ). For eligible addresses, we may offer same-day/next-day local delivery. Fees and availability are shown at checkout.
Order tracking. You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear.
Wrong address / returned packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
Damaged or missing items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, packing, and items so we can assist.
Lost in transit. If a package shows no movement for 7+ business days, reach out — we'll open a carrier trace and help resolve it.
