Refund policy

All sales on consumables are final. Due to the nature of hemp consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened/used products.

Returns (unopened items). Unopened, sealed, resellable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.

Defective devices/accessories. If a device/accessory is defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days. We'll troubleshoot and replace or refund if confirmed defective.

How to start a return. Email atgfams@gmail.com with your order #, reason, and photos/video if applicable. We'll issue an RMA and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds. After inspection, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges. If stock allows, we can exchange for the same item. If not, we'll refund.

Damaged in transit. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Final sale items. Clearance, perishable edibles, and opened products are not returnable.
